The split second the consumer makes his choice in the supermarket. This is where Paul comes in. As a food strategist, he is fascinated by the consumer's behaviour and by food trends. 'Sociology, economy, psychology, ratio, emotion…everything comes together in food. Food has become a way to differentiate ourselves.'

Paul uses his deep knowledge of marketing, food and commerce to create market opportunities for the agrifood sector. He takes a special interest in sustainability for food and retail. One of Paul's current projects is to help the Green Protein Alliance with their mission to encourage people to eat more vegan protein. Reducing the intake of animal protein helps us to achieve our Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's). An experienced strategist with a razor strategy!
